How long does it take to setup the ESBS Foundation Website?
If you are purchasing a new domain name for your web site, your new site can be setup and ready to use in about 7 working days. If you’re transferring an existing domain name it can take up to 7 working days for the transfer to complete. Once your domain name is transferred to our system, your site is setup within 48 hours.
Can I use an existing domain name?
Yes you can, but it needs to be transferred to our system if you want to use it for your new online store.
I already have a web site which I would like to keep. Can I add the ESBS system to my existing site?
No the ESBS Foundation web site must reside on our servers.
You can however create a sub domain which can be directed via your DNS settings to our servers. You can also register a new domain name and simply put a link to your store on your existing web site to direct people to your store.
Is there a contract involved with the ESBS Foundation web site?
No contract, you can cancel the service at anytime. Once your subscription expires your site will be taken offline.
Is there a limit to how many product or services I can add?
No you can add as many product or services you want.

Yes we are here to help. Once you purchase the ESBS Foundation web site you will have access to our support system. We can help you with every step of the setup process.
